Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash(BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tether (USDT) and USDC (Circle) are available on our ATMs.
The transaction may take up to 24 hours to go through under normal circumstance. This might happen due to traffic congestion on the blockchain or network. Should you have any questions feel free to reach out.
As the price on our Bitcoin ATMs are subject to transaction fee, so you will not receive the exact amount that you have purchase. Furthermore, the amount of BTC you receive is contingent upon the current market price of the cryptocurrency which regularly fluctuates.
If no TXID is shown, the transaction is regarded as fail. If this is the case, please contact us info@coinhero.hk or whatsapp 852-90144229 with the date, time, location and the amount of cash inserted. We will conduct an investigation and get back to you in 24 hours.
