  • HKD: Trading Fee for BTC, ETH ,USDT, USDC and DOGE 7.5% and fixed fee 100 HKD, BCH 1% 
  • RMB: Trading Fee for BTC, ETH,USDT, USDC,BCH and DOGE: 10% and fixed fee 90 RMB (ATM only avaiable at Causeway bay flagship store)
  • USD: Trading Fee for BTC, ETH,USDT, USDC,BCH and DOGE: 10% and fixed fee 20USD  (ATM only avaiable at Causeway bay flagship store)

 

 Selling BTC, BCH,ETH and USDT-ERC20 for HKD 
  •    BTC,ETH,USDT Trading fee 7.5% and fixed fee HKD 25 
  •    BCH 1%

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH) Bitcoin Cash(BCH) Dogecoin (DOGE) Tether (USDT) and USDC(Circle) are available on our ATMs.

The transaction may take up to 24 hours to go through under normal circumstance. This might happen due to traffic congestion on the blockchain or network. Should you have any questions feel free to reach out.

As the price on our Bitcoin ATMs are subject to transaction fee, so you will not receive the exact amount that you have purchase. Furthermore, the amount of BTC you receive is contingent upon the current market price of the cryptocurrency which regularly fluctuates. 

If no TXID is shown, the transaction is regarded as fail. If this is the case, please contact us  info@coinhero.hk or whatsapp 852-90144229 with the date, time, location and the amount of cash inserted. We will conduct an investigation and get back to you in 24 hours.
