- RMB : Trading Fee for BTC, ETH, BCH, DOGE and XAUt 13%, and fixed fee RMB 90 (ATM only available at Causeway Bay flagship store).
- USD : Trading Fee for BTC, ETH, BCH, DOGE and XAUt 13%, and fixed fee USD 20 (ATM only available at Causeway By flagship store).
Selling BTC, ETH, BCH for HKD
- BTC and ETH : Trading fee 13%, and fixed fee HKD 25.
- BCH 1%

Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Bitcoin Cash (BCH), Dogecoin (DOGE), Tether GOLD (XAUt) are available on our ATMs.
The transaction may take up to 24 hours to go through under normal circumstance. This might happen due to traffic congestion on the blockchain or network. Should you have any questions feel free to reach out.
As the price on our Bitcoin ATMs are subject to transaction fee, so you will not receive the exact amount that you have purchase. Furthermore, the amount of BTC you receive is contingent upon the current market price of the cryptocurrency which regularly fluctuates.
If no TXID is shown, the transaction is regarded as fail. If this is the case, please contact us: info@coinhero.hk or whatsapp +852 9666 5531 with the date, time, location and the amount of cash inserted. We will conduct an investigation and get back to you in 24 hours.
