Cryptocurrency ATM | 加密貨幣櫃員機
Unfortunately COINHERO is not able cancel or reverse your Bitcoin (BTC) or other Cryptocurrency transactions.
The reason is that Bitcoin/ Blockchain networks are designed to be irreversible and we have no control over them.
This applies when:
you sent BTC to the wrong bitcoin address or
you were scammed or hacked.
Once the coins are sent out, they cannot be reversed. If you still want to try tracking the bitcoin address you sent your BTC to, you can use tools like Block Explorer.
Please follow security guide to protect your fund.

If no TXID is shown, the transaction is regarded as fail. If this is the case, please contact us info@coinhero.hk or whatsapp 852-90144229 with the date, time, location and the amount of cash inserted. We will conduct an investigation and get back to you in 24 hours.

It takes three confirmations from the network before your balance is fully available in your wallet. This can take anywhere from ten (10) minutes to an hour, depending on the Blockchain network.
The average block time can be slightly shorter or longer, depending on if the total hash power of the Bitcoin network is growing or shrinking.
The speed of Bitcoin, or other Cryptocurrency transactions could vary based on:
Miner’s fee. The higher the miner’s fee you choose to pay, the higher is the priority of your transaction within the blockchain.
The blockchain processor service you use i.e. your wallet.
If you still want to try tracking the bitcoin address you sent your BTC to, you can use tools like Block Explorer.
